Enhanced security to protect your online transactions

At ConnectOne Bank, we are committed to providing the highest level of system security for you and to protecting the security of your online transactions. This is why we have recently implemented a token technology that will add to the security and protection of your Business Online Banking account, called Transaction Authorization Token.  Clients who use our ACH Origination or Wire Transfer services through Business Online Banking will be required to use the new Transaction Authorization Token.

What is a Transaction Authorization Token and how does it work?

A transaction authorization token is a small electronic security device, about the size of a keychain that generates a unique numeric sequence to authorize access to online Cash Management services including ACH Origination and Wire Transfer services. Security tokens provide an extra level of assurance through a method known as multi-factor authentication: the user's static password and the password generated by the token.

Benefits Include:

Security - Designed to defeat key logging and other forms of hacking by using "multi-factor authentication" to systematically impair the ability of fraudsters to obtain passwords and access to accounts

Peace-of-mind - Knowing that the risk of fraudulent funds transfer activity has been drastically reduced

Simplicity - Provides an easy to use, portable method of strong and secure authentication

How to set up your token for ACH Origination or Wire Transfers
