I wanted to take the opportunity to update you on the measures we are taking as we continue to navigate the evolving COVID-19 situation.

We understand the integral role we play in our local economies, especially in trying times and continue to take proactive measures to safeguard the health of our employees and communities in order to continue to serve you.
In an effort to maintain a safe environment and following the sanitation standards set by the CDC, we've implemented a number of social distancing measures which include:
- Separating our staff, either to new offices or by encouraging those that can, to work from home
- Postponing all in-person meetings until further notice
- Promoting digital banking solutions as alternatives
- Closing our bank lobbies and operating through our drive-ups
Please note, due to some redundancy, lack of traffic or other reasons, we have decided to temporarily close some of our locations.
I want to personally assure you that we will continue to operate with full capacity, even with some office closures.
