Log In To Online Banking

You can access your new digital banking experience starting June 16, 2025 at 8 AM.

Visit ConnectOneBank.com, then click Log In on the top right of the page and select Business Online Banking from the Account Type dropdown menu.

Use the same User ID from your former 1N Business Online Banking. Your new Company ID was emailed to you on May 30. Check your inbox for an email from john.heffernan@fnbli.com. If you need help locating it, please contact your local trusted banker or our Client Connection Center at 844-266-2548.

Your temporary, case-sensitive password is: D1b1 followed by the first four characters of your User ID in ALL CAPS. (Eg.: D1b1USER) You’ll be prompted to create a new password upon login.

Visit ConnectOneBank.com, then click Log In on the top right of the page and select Personal Online Banking from the Account Type dropdown menu.

Use the same User ID from your former 1N Personal/Small Business Online Banking portal. Your temporary password will be your five-digit ZIP code plus the last four digits of your Social Security Number (e.g., ZIP code 11762 and SSN 1234 would be 117621234). You'll be prompted to create a new password upon login.

Clients who previously sent wires through 1N Personal/Small Business Online Banking:
To continue offering you the convenience of initiating wire transfers online, you will have access to ConnectOne's Business Online Banking. All of your other banking activities will be managed through Personal Online Banking.

When did First National Bank LI officially become ConnectOne?

1N became ConnectOne Bank on June 2, 2025, at which point the ConnectOne Bank name, brand and signage throughout all First National LI locations will be updated to reflect the new name.

Our banking systems will transition to ConnectOne Bank’s systems the weekend of June 13, 2025. Effective June 16, 2025, all clients will begin utilizing ConnectOne Bank platforms. You should have received a detailed mailer that walks you through the changes you’ll experience and the enhancements that will be available to you

How will I be notified of any changes?

You will be notified of any additional changes through official bank communication channels including email, online banking and physical mail. As always, your local branch representative is available to answer any questions you may have and support you through this transition.

Will account numbers or terms and conditions change?

Account number changes will be minimal. Any changes to account numbers or terms and conditions will be communicated to you directly before they take effect via mail. Your new routing number will be 021213944.

What happens to existing 1N loans, lines or CDs?

Existing loans, mortgages, lines of credit and CDs will remain the same. Beginning on June 16, loan payments should be mailed to: ConnectOne Bank, P.O. Box 3390, New York, NY 10008. Any changes or updates to these will be communicated to you directly before they take effect via mail.

Wiill online and mobile banking services be affected?

Yes, an account transition is scheduled for the weekend of June 13 and will take effect June 16. After June 16th you’ll access ConnectOne Bank’s online and mobile tools. Stay up-to-date on transition notifications by visiting www.ConnectOneBank.com/merger.

Will customer service contact information change?

You can continue to use the same contact numbers you are accustomed to. Effective June 16, enjoy expanded access to our Client Connection Center at 844-266-2548 with support hours of Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm and Saturday 8am - 2pm.

Will the FDIC insurance coverage remain the same?

Yes, your FDIC insurance coverage will remain the same. IntraFi ICS clients will not be impacted. Any changes will be communicated well in advance, if necessary.

If you have deposit accounts at First National Bank LI and ConnectOne Bank, deposits will continue to be insured separately for up to six months after the system transition. Time deposits (CDs) that mature after the six-month grace period remain separately insured until they mature.

What is the timeline for the transition

The transition is scheduled for the weekend of June 13. We will provide detailed updates and anticipated downtime at ConnectOneBank.com/merger.

  • Legacy 1N clients will experience limited access between June 13- June 15th in support of the transition.
  • You can continue to use your 1N debit card until 7AM on June 16th.
  • On June 16th at 8 AM, access to accounts should be through ConnectOne Bank’s online and mobile banking portals.
  • On June 16th at 7 AM you can activate your ConnectOne Bank debit card and begin using it.
  • Our team will be available to you over the weekend to support any of your banking needs.
