Use the same User ID from your former 1N Business Online Banking. Your new Company ID was emailed to you on May 30. Check your inbox for an email from john.heffernan@fnbli.com. If you need help locating it, please contact your local trusted banker or our Client Connection Center at 844-266-2548.
Your temporary, case-sensitive password is: D1b1 followed by the first four characters of your User ID in ALL CAPS. (Eg.: D1b1USER) You’ll be prompted to create a new password upon login.
Visit ConnectOneBank.com, then click Log In on the top right of the page and select Personal Online Banking from the Account Type dropdown menu.
Use the same User ID from your former 1N Personal/Small Business Online Banking portal. Your temporary password will be your five-digit ZIP code plus the last four digits of your Social Security Number (e.g., ZIP code 11762 and SSN 1234 would be 117621234). You'll be prompted to create a new password upon login.

To continue offering you the convenience of initiating wire transfers online, you will have access to ConnectOne's Business Online Banking. All of your other banking activities will be managed through Personal Online Banking.

Our banking systems will transition to ConnectOne Bank’s systems the weekend of June 13, 2025. Effective June 16, 2025, all clients will begin utilizing ConnectOne Bank platforms. You should have received a detailed mailer that walks you through the changes you’ll experience and the enhancements that will be available to you

Yes, your FDIC insurance coverage will remain the same. IntraFi ICS clients will not be impacted. Any changes will be communicated well in advance, if necessary.
If you have deposit accounts at First National Bank LI and ConnectOne Bank, deposits will continue to be insured separately for up to six months after the system transition. Time deposits (CDs) that mature after the six-month grace period remain separately insured until they mature.

- Legacy 1N clients will experience limited access between June 13- June 15th in support of the transition.
- You can continue to use your 1N debit card until 7AM on June 16th.
- On June 16th at 8 AM, access to accounts should be through ConnectOne Bank’s online and mobile banking portals.
- On June 16th at 7 AM you can activate your ConnectOne Bank debit card and begin using it.
