ConnectOne Bank employees will never call you to ask you for your online banking password or token numbers, pin, or personal information.
If you receive a suspicious call, text or email from someone claiming to be a ConnectOne Bank representative do not share any information or reply. If it is a suspicious call, please hang up immediately and contact either your local banker or our main line at 844-266-2548 to report the incident.
Through our Affinity Program, your supporters can contribute to your fundraising efforts just by banking with us. When your organization participates in the Affinity Program, you have the opportunity to refer your supporters to ConnectOne to open an account. ConnectOne Bank will make an annual contribution based on all of the supporters' year-to-date average balances year over year — at no cost to you or your supporters.
Here's how it works:
Your non-profit opens a ConnectOne Bank account and enrolls in the Affinity Program. If your organization already has an account with us, contact your banker to enroll today.
Spread the word to your supporters! Ask your banker about our pre-made Affinity templates and feel free to promote it in your organization's material.
When a supporter opens an eligible account* and links it to your non-profit as part of the Affinity Program, their balances will automatically be counted towards your annual contribution. If they already bank with ConnectOne Bank, they can still link an eligible account.
Every February, account balances** of all linked supporters will be calculated for the previous year and we'll send your non-profit organization its annual contribution.
Thank you! Your submission has been received!
