  • Better control. MyCard Manager app gives you peace of mind while you're on the go, with the ability to turn your card on and off instantly and limit where it is used. 

If you misplace your debit card and are unable to locate it, please contact us to request a replacement card as soon as possible.


With MyCard Manager you can:

Turn Your Card On or Off

If you misplace your Visa® debit card, you can turn it off to prevent any purchases or ATM withdrawals until you turn your card back on.* Please note, if your card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately to get a replacement Visa® debit card.


Get Real-time Transaction Alerts

Receive push notifications for debit card transactions over a certain dollar amount, online, international and declined purchases, gas station visits, or ATM withdrawals and account credits.

Restrict Transactions by Category

Limit how your debit card is used by excluding certain transaction types such as in-store, online, ATM, or international. 


Set Threshold Limits

Set a specific dollar amount limit for your debit card transactions. Any transactions over the limit that you set will be automatically declined.

Set Travel Notices

Block international transactions or include a travel itinerary for uninterrupted access. Let us know where you're going and for how long so you can enjoy your well deserved time off.

Downloading the app

Search "ConnectOne Bank MyCard Manager" to find the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Setting up the app

Get ready to use the app in three simple steps:

  1. Open and enroll in the app. You will need to create a username and password.
  2. Enter your ConnectOne Bank Visa® debit card information.
  3. Create an account threshold alert and customize the other app features.

Now you're ready to use MyCard Manager!

Yes. If you have elected to temporarily turn your debit card off, there are circumstances in which a transaction may still be approved. For example, recurring transactions such as subscription services like Netflix, Spotify, or Hulu will still occur.

Don't panic. If you have misplaced your debit card, you can temporarily freeze, or turn it off, in the MyCard Manager app while you look for it. If you are unable to find your card, contact us immediately to order a replacement.

The card number will not automatically update. You will need to manually add the new card number and delete the other. 

Yes. To remove a card:

  • Log in to your MyCard Manager app
  • On the home screen, select the ‘Manage Card’ icon
  • Click 'Delete Card'
  • Confirm 'Delete Card'

Please note, removing or deleting a card only removes the debit card from appearing in your MyCard Manager app. If you have an active Visa® debit card and would like to close it, please contact us.

At this time, MyCard Manager is only available for ConnectOne Bank Visa® debit cards.

MyCard Manager for your small business. You can easily manage your business debit cards for each of your employees within your MyCard Manager application. No need to ask the rest of your workforce to download their own apps. 

Here are the things you want to make sure you have in place:

1. Is your contact information up to date? Give us a call to make sure those business cards are set up with your name and phone number, at least for the purpose of enrolling your cards. 

2. Manage each individual cards' details by navigating to Manage Card > Review Card Details > Edit Information. Now you have the opportunity to add and label each employee's card. 

3. After you have named and delegated your cards accordingly, you can set up customized alerts for each card. Now you can see when Employee 1 gets gas, or when Employee 2 spends over $100 on supplies. 

4. Monitor the cards at your leisure. Get your notifications as email alerts, SMS notifications, or push notifications.
