Mobile Deposit

Take more than just pictures with your smartphone
Save a trip to the bank with Mobile Deposit!

Don't have time to run out and make a deposit? No worries! We make banking with us easy and convenient with Mobile Deposit. You can do it anywhere at anytime.

1. Endorse your check with "For Mobile Deposit Only, ConnectOne Bank" followed by the signature of all payees
2. Open your ConnectOne Bank Mobile App & select "deposit"
3. Take a photo of the front & back of the check & enter the check amount
4. Click "continue" then "approve" & you're all finished!

You may only take a picture of one check per deposit; however you may take a picture of multiple checks in the same mobile banking session.

No, keep the check until it posts to your statement. Afterwards, you may securely destroy the check. Do not VOID the check after submittal in the event the deposit is not approved and needs to be re-submitted.

If a deposit is returned, please do not re-deposit the check with the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) functionality. You will receive a declined deposit notification for the second deposit received through the Mobile RDC service.

Deposits may be made with Mobile RDC at any time. If your deposit is approved before 5PM on a business day, your deposit will post to your account on the next business day. You will receive a notification by email when your deposit has been received. You may view your deposit in your transaction history in Mobile Banking.
